The goal of this project was to follow the software engineering design process and document our project management techniques throughout.
Teams were given an initial vauge problem statement and performed a requirement elicitation and analysis.
While it was a group project, I found my teammates designating me the leader.
I implemented project planning methods from my high school engineering classes and lead us to get > 90% on this project.
This is the project plan I created for our team which was the foundation for scheduling the work to be done.
Worked phenomenally as this is when our team started to come together more cohesively and everyone started to contribute.
The final sprint log depicts the finalization of our documents, code, and some other work done by my other team members.
This is representative of my personal team management process.
I was successfully able to rally my team in the last two weeks of the course. This was crucial in order for them to add to the work I had been doing in the previous weeks to get us the A for the project.
A version of our version control (handled by myself) and source code for this project can be seen below.
